The Narcissist believes that their way is the only way. These leaders may initially come off as charming and personable, but in reality, they are arrogant, entitled, and egocentric. Narcissists lack empathy and consideration for the well-being of others. 

These toxic leaders focus their efforts on tasks that feed their ego and promote their own agendas. They disregard the needs of their employees to guard their own interests. 

Narcissists tend to:  

• Exploit and manipulate others
• Pursue their own goals at the cost of others’ well-being
• Demand employees sacrifice their needs to support the leader’s goals 
• Bully employees through psychological intimidation 
• Act out when their self-esteem, status, or prestige is threatened
